Canada says U.S. entitled to mobile phone search at border
OTTAWA (Reuters) - U.S. authorities are entitled to search the mobile devices of Canadians seeking to cross the border, a spokesman for Ralph Goodale, Canada's public safety minister, said on Saturday.
